New names for Grauzone 2025!
We’re thrilled to announce more incredible acts for the 12th edition of Grauzone Festival, taking place from 7 to 9 February 2025 in The Hague!
First, we revealed the much-anticipated return of Anja Huwe (Germany), legendary singer of Xmal Deutschland, performing her debut solo album CODES live for the first time—alongside classics from her Xmal Deutschland days. After 35+ years, this is an unmissable performance for post-punk fans!
For lovers of dark, driving beats, don’t miss Augustus Muller (USA) of Boy Harsher with an electrifying DJ set packed with EBM, industrial, and techno. Joining him on the decks is Canadian electronic artist Marie Davidson (Canada), delivering a captivating mix of industrial, experimental, and club-ready sounds.
Aurat (USA/Pakistan) blends post-punk and industrial with Urdu vocals, while Shilpa Ray (USA) offers raw blues-punk energy. Silver Tears (Germany/USA) will make their live debut, uniting Curses and Skelesys in a haunting post-punk, goth, and shoegaze fusion.
European debuts include shoegaze pioneers Cold Gawd (USA), post-punk dreamers Topographies (USA), Fun fact: vocalist Gray Tolhurst is the son of Lol Tolhurst, the legendary drummer of The Cure. and darkwave newcomers Vosh (USA).
From Berlin, Errorr (Germany) brings loud, fuzzy guitars, and Maquina (Portugal) mixes krautrock and industrial. Negative Gears (Australia) adds cathartic post-punk. Electronic acts include Alessandro Adriani is a multifaceted force in electronic music. The Italian-born, Berlin-based DJ, producer, and founder of Mannequin Records will play live during Grauzone, same like rising star L.F.T. (Germany) with dystopian soundscapes
Making their European debut at Grauzone, Body Horror from London play ‘’a type of savage New Order soundtrack hard electro based rhythmical post punk’’ (BBC6’s Steve Lamacq). Another fresh face to Grauzone, Berlin-based Schnallo, combines electroclash and early 2000s party culture, creating a high-energy show that is sure to be unforgettable.
