The enigmatic presence of Kontravoid has been a staple for over a decade. Since the release of his LP in 2012, Canadian Cameron Findlay has perfected dark pop with his oeuvre spanning EBM, electro, and goth genres. His productions, such as “Too Deep” from 2019 and “Faceless” from 2021, delve into the most deserted corners of foggy, strobe-lit clubs: there is no choice but to dance. He has toured with Boy Harsher, ADULT, Drab Majesty, and Hide, and has remixed tracks with artists like Schwefelgelb and Kris Baha. Truly a man of the shadows, Kontravoid is of unparalleled value in the dark electronic scene.

Charlie - live set
Berlin-based Italo/EBM/synthwave artist Charlie hails from the Polish city of Krakow. She hosts parties under the name Szum, where she unites cold mutated electro with sparkling Italo disco. Behind the decks, she has been crushing dance floors for years, selecting an eclectic yet always driving mix based on the same influences. However, as an experienced pianist, she always felt drawn to creating her own music. She has contributed to various projects for films and performances – and over the years, she has developed a killer live show using analog synthesizers and machines, which she has presented at festivals like Unsound, Black! Factory, Up to Date, and Kalabalik Pa Tyrolen.

We’re happy to welcome King Hannah after Dutch debut at Grauzone’s edition in 2022. This time they will present already their 2nd album ‘‘Big Swimmer’’. The title track and album was the final song written before heading from the road into the studio to record their follow up, standing as a physical testament to the album’s ultimate metaphor like a punch to the gut; that you don’t achieve anything by throwing the towel in. “Big Swimmer” is one of two tracks on the album to feature vocals from indie stalwart Sharon Van Etten, who the band connected with when Van Etten posted about their debut single “Crème Brûlée. We can’t wait to have them back!

KORINE 
Korine is back after performing at Grauzone in 2022! The duo based in Philly is consisting of members Morgy Ramone and Trey Frye. The pair blends new wave nostalgia, early emo, and punk with a modern pop sensibility, contrasting upbeat rhythms against sullen, emotionally evocative lyrics. Forming in late 2017, the duo’s debut EP ‘Corsage,’ a moody, lo-fi set of self recorded synth driven tracks, gained the band quick traction and a series of tour dates through 2018. The tour garnered the attention of Philadelphia based label Born Losers Records, who went on to release the band’s debut album, ‘New Arrangements.’ Following a successful album release and consistent touring, Frye and Ramone then released an acclaimed two track 7” titled, ‘Uncrossed/To You,’ in the fall of 2019. 2020 saw the release of the band’s most matured set of songs to date, the sophomore album, ‘The Night We Raise,’ which heavily expanded the signature sound of the group while continuing to showcase the pair’s DIY mentality. Despite releasing during quarantine, "The Night We Raise" has sold thousands of vinyl copies and received praise from Bandcamp, Post-punk.com, and Pop Matters.

Kris Baha
It is impossible to imagine Berlin's Industrial/EBM and club scene without Kris Baha. He made a deep impression during Grauzone in 2022. This versatile queer artist has roots in Australia, Italy and Armenia and moved to Berlin 8 years ago. With his performance-based live shows, which were inspired by his love for the groundbreaking shows of the 90's industrial music era.

Promiseland
Johann Rashid AKA Promiseland, creates a fiery collision of punk vocals, driving beats, poetic singing and ritualistic lyrics. He soon had a fanatical fan base, including Julian Casablancas, who signed him to his label Cult Records, and crowned him "The Future Prince of Anarchy." You never know when Rashid will show up, but when you least expect it, he will be hanging upside down from a rod on the ceiling, the signal for an unforgettable night. His debut album "Sad But Happy" was released late last year and we can't wait to hear it live.

Danish producer Anders Trentemøller worked with many genres like minimal, triphop to postpunk, synth, dark wave and krautrock and released last year his well received album ‘Memoria’.
