Today, Grauzone announces new dates for the 8th edition of the festival, taking place in The Hague on Friday 21 and Saturday 22 May 2021 in and around pop venue Paard. Due to the developments regarding COVID-19, Grauzone decided to move the festival from February to May. The festival program consists of performances by (international) bands and DJ’s, a GRAUKUNST exhibition, a symposium and an exclusive film program. Tickets will be up for sale early 2021 at a date yet to be announced.

Grauzone will move the festival from February 12-13 to May 21-22, 2021 due to COVID-19. Hopefully by then there will be more possible, and if not, we will find other ways to go ahead. The multidisciplinary nature of the festival - where music, art and film complement each other - ensures more flexibility in these corona times. Festival director Marc Emmerik: ''We're a young festival and relatively not so big yet, which makes us pretty flexible, so I'm positive about reshaping this upcoming edition - within whatever boundaries - to make it happen.''

Grauzone was one of the only festivals in 2020 that actually took place and we're determined to make it happen in 2021 as well. We already have exciting names to be revealed soon! Everybody stay safe and hope to see you in May!
