Grauzone nominated for best festival program of 2024

We’re thrilled to announce that Grauzone Festival has been nominated for an IJzeren Podiumdier award for the third consecutive year! This time, we’re honored to be recognized in the category of Best Festival Program. This nomination underscores the unique identity of Grauzone Festival, which has been a vital platform for over a decade, bringing together music, visual arts, performances, and underground culture from both the Netherlands and around the world.

The nomination is the result of a meticulous process. Members of the Dutch Association of Music Venues and Festivals (VNPF) submitted candidates in five categories, followed by a voting round to determine the top three nominees in each category.

The winners will be announced during a festive awards ceremony on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Eurosonic Noorderslag in De Oosterpoort, Groningen.

About the IJzeren Podiumdieren

The IJzeren Podiumdieren are peer-to-peer awards presented annually by the VNPF since 1997. Starting in 2024, the focus has shifted exclusively to recognizing organizations and projects, rather than individuals, emphasizing a culture of inspiration over competition.

• Festival Program of the Year
