A practical guide for the virtual Grauzone website!
Since everything will be a bit different this year, we’ve made a practical guide for the online edition, before we go live tomorrow!
1. Start with the Grauzone website
The Grauzone online edition will take place within our virtual festival landscape. Here you can access the four video stream channels, the timetable and the festival chat. The virtual festival opens on Friday 21 May, 14:00 CET on our website and will link you to the virtual landscape.
2. We’re freely accessible to everyone, but support us with donations and order new Grauzone bags!
The online festival is freely accessible to everyone. However, please consider a donation, helping us to continue presenting emerging artists from around the world! we have printed new bags from organic cotton especially for the online edition. You can order this with or without your donation. Other merchandise can also be ordered on our site and the virtual website. Click here.
3. Plan your schedule with the timetable
To get started with your planning for the festival weekend, please check out the full timetable here. We made a selection on the timeschedule in different timezones, to make it to make it easier for everyone around the world.
4. Video on demand
Missed out on a live stream? All performances will be available to re-watch in full via our Demand section in the virtual festival. The Video on demand section is available for a limited time: for a couple of days only!
5. Tips for how to watch Grauzone festival - online edition
Optimize your festival experience by using headphones or stereo speakers and a large display. You can hook up your computer to your TV using a HDMI cable. Alternatively you can cast the video from your browser or your mobile phone to your TV using Chromecast (only works with Chrome browser) or Apple Airplay.
We highly recommend using the Chrome browser for navigating the virtual festival landscape.
6. Explore the programme
The Grauzone online edition hosts a wide range of different artists projects including premieres, concerts, Dj sets, interviews and never published archive material and more. Check out the full line-up here.
