Grauzone Festival Announces New Names and an Extra Day

Acts from the original lineup include Viagra Boys, Amenra, DOOL, Sometimes with Others, Choir Boy, Do Nothing, Martial Canterel, Global Charming, Spill Gold, Nuha Ruby Ra, Reka, Philipp Strobel, Minuit Machine, Well Yeah, PVA, WU-LU, Regressive Left.

In addition the new and improved lineup includes Boy Harsher, Mick Harvey, Crime & The City Solution, Kælan Mikla, Fatamorgana, Elias Bender Rønnenfelt (Iceage), Soft Kill, NNHMN, Kris Baha, Tramhaus, ILA, Dlina Volny, Lynks, Mrley, Alberta Balsam, LQRQ, Folly Group, Sylvie Kreusch and more tba soon!

Dark electro pop duo Boy Harsher are one of the most happening synth bands right now, with their only Dutch show. Their new movie The Runner will also be screened at Grauzone at the Filmhuis. Also added is the Swedish post-punk phenomenon Viagra Boys and the Belgium doom / metal act Amenra.

Grauzone features some of the best -Berlin- DJ’s incl Phase Fatale, Reka, Kris Baha and one of the 1st ever shows by Soft Crash (Pablo Bozzi/Phase Fatale) topped off by Dutch DJ Alberta Balsam. Rising Belgian pop artist Sylvie Kreusch (ex-Warhaus) and ILA are some of Belgium's newest sensations. ILA just won Studio Brussels’ ‘best act of 2022’

Grauzone has some of most exciting acts from the UK: dance synth punk sensation PVA, art-wavers Do Nothing, genre defying act Wu-Lu, radical dance punks Regressive Left (think Talking Heads), self-proclaimed ‘gay industrial pop’ by Lynks (who teamed up with Shame’s Charlie Steen), psych cumbia from Well Yeah (ex-Los Bitchos), punkers Mrley and post-punkers Folly Group. One of the coolest new Dutch post punk acts is Tramhaus & LQRQ. More tba soon!

With the new and additional days in June, Grauzone Festival 2022 expands to new locations at Nieuwe Kerk and Filmhuis, in addition to the previously announced locations at the pop stage Het Paard, The Grey Space In The Middle, the Paardcafe and a record market. In addition, there will be an extensive GRAUKUNST exhibition, GRAUFILM programme of film screenings, performances, and seminars, which will be announced at a later date.
