After The Sound of Belgium (2021) and The Sound of Britain (2022), Grauzone now presents The Sound of Germany—a series highlighting dynamic and innovative music scenes that are shaping the future of sound.

Germany has long been a hub for groundbreaking music, and today’s artists are reviving Krautrock and Neue Deutsche Welle, forging the next evolution: Neue Neue Deutsche Welle (NNDW)—blending past influences with modern sounds. Led by iconic 80's postpunkers XMal Deutschland, Grauzone showcases a curated selection of young German acts, several making their Dutch debut. For the first time, these artists are presented on this scale, offering a rare glimpse into Germany’s evolving underground scene.
