Photo's & videos of day 1 of Grauzone Festival 2021

Wow, what an incredible first day of Grauzone Online with thousands op people watching from all over the world! We’ve made a selection of photo’s from the first night. The performances from yesterday are now available to watch back: grauzonefestival.nl/video-on-demand

We started yesterday with show with Belgium band SONS, followed by High Hi, CHVE of Amenra with an very intense and beautiful show filmed at the Tapestry hall of the 16th Century MOU Museum at Oudenaarde. In addition, the Belgian post punk band Whispering Sons of singer Fenne Kuppens played an intense show, where they played 7 (!) New songs and were never heard before. Before the performance there was an interview with Fenne where she talked about the new LP, among other things. Another favorite was Luis Vasquez's show, with enchanting visuals and heavy industrial sounds, which you hope to be able to experience live soon. And do not forget the unique performance of Tomo, Go & Kohei who formed a band especially for Grauzone and played new songs. We got a lot of questions about where to find their music, but it simply hasn't been there since this was their very first performance. Siem Reap's show was surrounded by two beautiful works by Daphne Karstens, which made the show even more intimate with the singer's vulnerable and almost poetic voice, with intense guitar sounds.We closed the night with an hypnotic DJ set of Spanish DJ Reka.
